Thompson Thrift Retail Group Announces the Recent Closing on 1.92 Acre Parcel in Westchester, OH

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the closing on 1.92 acre parcel on the northwest corner of Tylersville Road and I-75 in Westchester, (Cincinnati) OH.
The property, a PAD located in front of Meijer, will be redeveloped into an 8,000 SF Bank of America and Merrill Lynch co-branded property. This marks the second deal between Bank of America and TTRG in the Cincinnati DMA and construction is expected to begin in the next few weeks.
