Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the closing on land in Concord, North Carolina, located at Odell School Road/Derita and Carolina Lily Lane.
Construction slated to begin March 2019
The Shops on Derita is a planned development located on 6 +/- acres of prime real estate and will include a 11,200 square foot multi-tenant building as well as 3 pads for lease, sale, or BTS.
