Fishers District is a master-planned mixed-use development located at the corner of 116th Street and IKEA Way, in Fishers.

Strategically located near IKEA and TopGolf (both new to Indiana), Fishers District has access off the heavily traveled I-69 and 116th Street for easy access.

The new development features over 100,000sf of retail and restaurant space; The Yard, a large green space for hosting community events and concerts; a dual-branded hotel Hyatt House and Hyatt Place; The Mark, a residential community featuring 252 luxury apartment homes; a three-story parking garage; and a culinary incubator space featuring new restaurant concepts from experienced local restauranteurs and novice proprietors.  In addition, The Union, a 60,000sf Class A office building, is located directly adjacent to the project.
